Registration Fees

 

Early registration fees are applicable if payment received not later than March 31, 2006.

The fee covers:

Book of Abstracts, Proceedings (on CD-ROM), one paper presentation, attendance of all scientific sessions and exhibitions, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome cocktail, reception, and banquet.

Please note that the registration fee only covers a single paper presentation. If you would like to present additional papers an “extra paper fee” amounting to EUR 120 (per additional presentation) has to be paid.

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions

Refunds - less EUR 50.00 administration fee - will be granted to delegates unable to attend, provided written notice is received by MONDIAL CONGRESS by May 10th, 2006. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after May 10th, 2006. Reimbursements will be made after the congress.
